I do a lot of computing and most of it is on my laptop. I am absolutely lost without a mouse but I don’t have a lot of room or access to more plugs for a wired laptop, so I am using a VicTsing MM057 2.4G Wireless Mouse.
There are some pros and cons to using a wireless mouse over a wired mouse, such as being tethered to a small working area over being able to move about and still be able to use your mouse. The VicTsing MM057 2.4G Wireless Mouse can be used at a distance of up to 50 feet. This would be perfect for a presentation. Also, you can take a wireless mouse anywhere and it doesn’t require having a connection to your computer or notebook. The drawback is that you need to use batteries, and sometimes, if there is a lot of Wifi use around you, you might not get as good of a signal for the mouse to work. I’ve not had any issues with this myself. I use a rechargeable AA battery in my mouse and it stays charged for several weeks before needing to be charged. I always have one on standby to use when the battery in the mouse loses its charge.
I found the mouse to move smoothly and it was also very comfortable in my hand, which is extremely important to me. It has a small indented area on the underside for the dongle to fit into while not in use or traveling.
The VicTsing MM057 2.4G Wireless Mouse is compatible with a number of different applications, such as Windows7/8/10/XP, Vista7/8 and Linux etc. and it will work with a desktop, laptop, PC, Macbook and other devices. It has an adjustable DPI rate of 800 to 2400.
I really like the touch and feel of the VicTsing MM057 2.4G Wireless Mouse and would give it a huge thumbs up.

Sour Cherry Turnover by P.D. Workman is the 7th book in the Auntie Clem’s Bakery series. That being said, each book is totally able to be read as a standalone, but the characters have evolved over the course of the first 6 stories. It would be a shame to read one without first reading the others in order, in my opinion.
Erin Price is a delightful young woman who has made Bald Eagle Falls her new home. She inherited a house and bakery from her Auntie Clem and decided to reopen the bakery, making it Gluten Free after having lost a sister to an allergic reaction.
Now, after having learning she has a sister named Charlie, Erin is dismayed to find out Charlie has plans to reopen the only other bakery in town. But there’s always something afoot in Bald Eagle Falls, and you can bet Erin ends up right in the middle. Looking for one of her baking tools, Erin finds that it is missing and immediately remembers Charlie asking to use it. Angered by the fact that she had denied Charlie, citing the danger of cross contamination, Erin storms into the other bakery. She finds more than she expected and is placed in the uncomfortable position of having to defend herself again.
The characters in each of these books, along with the quaint little town as the backdrop to her stories, prove Ms. Workman to be adept at weaving a story worth taking the time to read and enjoy. This one does not disappoint.

The Samsonite Lite-Air DLX 25″ Expandable Spinner Suitcase is a new line of suitcases created for Macy’s. I recently received this suitcase and wanted to share some of the features.
I love the design of this suitcase! It’s got 4 double wheels that turn 360 degrees for easier maneuvering on carpet or hard surfaces, not one but two zippered plastic lined compartments for storing wet items without ruining your other belongings, buckles that can be buckled on the sides while packing, then buckled together to keep your items secured (no more embarrassment if your suitcase comes undone at the airport). It also is expandable for those of us who need that little extra bit of space after collecting souveniers. There is a handle at the side for carrying and one at the top that will expand to 2 heights for pulling behind you. It can be partnered with other sized suitcases that will connect together with a sleeve so you don’t have to worry about your suitcases falling over each other as you navigate through a busy airport. There’s a great laptop sleeve on the front so it’s secured, although I wouldn’t recommend keeping it in there on a flight.

The color selection is Midnight black, Mercury Grey, or Mediterranean Blue- which I chose so that I could locate my suitcase easier while it’s on the carousel.
Samsonite has taken the time to really research what a good suitcase looks like and this is it! Well done!

I spend a lot of time being thirsty. Not just thirsty… THIRSTY. I take a couple of different meds that dehydrate me and it just seems like in no time my mouth feels like the Sahara Desert- dry as a bone. I have a prescription for a dry mouth spray and I always have a bottle of water on me. If I exercise, it’s really hard not to feel like I’m shriveling up for lack of liquid.
I found this Ensure Rapid Hydration Electrolyte Powder and thought I’d give it a try. There were 2 flavors to choose from- Berry Freeze and Strawberry Chill. I tried the Strawberry Chill. The directions on the packet said to mix it in a 16 ounce bottle of water until it is completely dissolved. I just dumped it in and then put the cap back on and gave it a little shake. It dissolved very quickly and was ready to drink.
I found the flavor to be very similar to drinking liquid jello. It had a sweet strawberry flavor. The package said it tastes better when served cold and I would agree with that. I tried it both ways and I did drink a good portion of it at room temperature, but I preferred it cold. It also says to drink a couple of tablespoons, then wait a while before drinking more. I followed that suggestion and found that it worked very well for me. I felt refreshed and rehydrated very quickly. I could go back when I got thirsty and take a sip or two and it would again leave me feeling satisfied. I was very impressed with the results.
Ensure Rapid Hydration Electrolyte Powder is an excellent source of electrolytes, with both sodium (salt) and chloride. It also has prebiotics to support digestive health. All in this one little packet. And it’s only 50 calories! I look forward to trying the Berry Freeze next!

Apple-achian Treasure (Auntie Clem’s Bakery Book 8) by P.D. Workman
Apple-achian Treasure by P. D. Workman is the 8th book in the Auntie Clem’s Bakery Book series. Each of these books are able to be read as a standalone if desired, but they do contain details about the other books. I would suggest you read them in order to fully appreciate the wit and playful characters contained in each book. That being said, I loved this book and here’s what I have to say:
Erin and Charlie are new co-owner’s of Auntie Clem’s Bakery Version 2, so now there’s a new face to have to adjust to. Even so, Erin is surprised when Charlie isn’t available to help out. Seems ownership has paid its toll and Charlie can’t get up early enough to be of much help. Too polite to cause much issue, Erin finds a puzzle that looks like a clue to a treasure hunt and decides to try to solve it.
The clue draws unwanted attention and Erin finds herself trying to solve the clue before others find the treasure ahead of her. Asking for help from her friends, she soon gets more than she asked for…
