In Gluten Free Murder by PD Workman, Erin Price moves to the quaint little town of Bald Eagle Falls to open a gluten free bakery after her Aunt Clementine passes away and leaves her home and tea shop to Erin, her only surviving relative. But chaos soon prevails when Erin finds out that the residents of Bald Eagle Falls don’t think kindly of newcomers trying to edge out their local bakery owner, Angela Plaint. And it seems like someone has been trying to put the spook into Erin by making it seem like the old tea shop has a ghost. When opening day for the new bakery comes, vinegary Angela Plaint stops by to check out the competition. Soon after, her body is found in the basement. Sure, she was deathly allergic to flour and nuts, but Erin doesn’t sell anything with those in it. So how did she die? Was it an accident or murder? And since Erin is the newest member of the town, she’s the first one on everyone’s tongue. Or is she in danger, too? This book has plenty of twisty turns and spooky secrets galore. This was my first book by this author and I’ll be back for more!

I’m always looking for the newest, freshest music to worship and praise God. Today it comes by way of Matt Redman’s newest release, Glory Road. This is a much awaited CD by two-time Grammy winner and popular praise and worship singer and songwriter of 10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord), which was also later certified RIAA gold, named ASCAP’s Christian Music Song of the Year and Billboard’s Top Christian Song.
There’s good reason why Matt Redman has been so successful in his musical career. He pours his heart out in musical form. His music is rich in testament, and flows easily- with great instrumentals and vocalists that harmonize well, each song is an opportunity to give praise and lift up the Lord. Most of his music is what I would call a love letter to God. It’s what I imagine when I think of David singing his love songs to God as he danced in the streets. The emotions are clear and real. Some songs are quiet and reflective, others are more uplifting in spirit. Each song brings its own special message to the table.
Mr. Redman’s music has been recorded by Chris Tomlin, Michael W. Smith, Israel Houghton, Jeremy Camp, Jesus Culture, Passion and many more. He has hit the #1 slot on Billboard’s Top Christian Albums chart numerous times, including Your Grace Finds Me in 2013, and Unbroken Praise in 2015. He continues to balance his musical career with being an active worship leader for the Passion conferences around the world.
About the album:
Matt Redman teamed up with several of his worship-artist friends for this album, first releasing the track “Gracefully Broken (feat. Tasha Cobbs Leonard).” Tasha Cobbs Leonard also released her own version of this song on the same day! The album also features Kierra Sheard, Guvna B, Madison Cunningham, and Kim Walker-Smith.
