Brooklyn Bean Roastery’s Colombian K-Cup Coffee

I’ve got a special surprise for you this month! I not only have a review of Brooklyn Beans Colombian K-Cup Coffee, but one of you is going to experience it for yourself! That’s right, one of you will get to try out their custom, small-batch roasted, filter brewed coffee for yourself, just for being here and reading this review. Now don’t get in a hurry or you’ll miss something important. First, let me highlight this awesome coffee.

I must say, I’ve always thought of Colombian Coffee as super strong and bitter, so I wasn’t all that excited when I got my coffee this month. Boy, do I need to keep an open mind! I was way off!! This is a bold, but very smooth coffee, with a rich, satisfying flavor. I love my coffee with cream and sugar and this was no different, but I did sip it black and I was surprised at how flavorful it was. And using cream just made it rich and decadent!

I love the attention Brooklyn Beans gives to all of their coffees. It’s as if each cup is watched over by one of the three original guys who began the company- they pay that much attention to detail. I’ve yet to find a coffee or cocoa that didn’t give me full satisfaction in my experience and I know if that were to happen they would stand behind their product. Thing is, I think it’s easy for them to make that promise because their product is of such high quality, nobody is going to take them up on it! It’s just that good! American made in an independently owned factory, Brooklyn Beans makes the following promises:

Five separate, important quality-control checks are performed with every batch we make:

  1. Visual inspection – only the best coffee beans make the initial cut.
  2. Supervisor-monitored grinding – A little secret: if it’s too coarse, it won’t brew properly; if it’s too fine, the coffee gets bitter.
  3. Portion quality control – precisely the right amount is packed to ensure the best brew every time.
  4. Filled and sealed pods are individually hand-checked for perfection.
  5. Brewed coffee samples are consistently taken for aroma and taste testing checks (we admit, this is our favorite part of the job!)

Their Brooklyn Beans Colombian K-Cup Coffee is made from 100% Arabica coffees and is Keurig Compatible including 2.0 K Cup Brewers, and can be found online here:
