pH Test Strips from HealthyWiser

I’ve been studying some information that had been passed along to me regarding having a healthy PH balance in my body. I am finding that there are numerous physical issues that can be caused simply by having an acidic balance that’s too high for the body to properly digest and assimilate nutrients before flushing them out. Acidosis, even at a slight level, can cause a plethora of unwanted reactions. A list of these is:

 Inflamed sensitive gums, cavities
 Immune deficiency
 Sciatica, lumbago, stiff neck
 Respiratory problems, shortness of breath, coughing
 Yeast fungal overgrowth
 Low energy and chronic fatigue
 Cardiovascular damage, including the constriction of blood vessels and reduction in oxygen
 Heart problems, arrhythmias, increased heart rate
 Weight gain, obesity, and diabetes
 Bladder and kidney infections
 Accelerated free radical damage
 Premature aging
 Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
 Osteoporosis, weak brittle bones, hip fractures, bone spurs
 Headaches, confusion, sleepiness
 Joint pain, aching muscles, and lactic acid buildup
 Allergies, acne

I was pretty concerned because tests I’ve taken have already shown that I have Osteopenia, the beginnings of Osteoporosis, as well as Osteoporosis in some areas of my body. I felt it was necessary to at least attempt to put a halt to future damage, much less attempt to create a healthy balance in my body to avoid future issues. I got pH Test Strips from HealthyWiser to see just where my levels were.

The pH Test Strips from HealthyWiser are really easy to use. They work in a number of applications such as testing Urine, Saliva, Water, Pool, Hot Tub, Hydroponics, Garden Soil, Aquariums, and Kombucha Tea.I used them to test my saliva by removing one of the test strips, wetting the whole colored strip with saliva and waiting for 15 seconds, then compared it to the supplied color coded chart. It doesn’t give partial numbers but gives whole numbers from 0 to 14, 0 being strongly acidic and 14 being strongly alkaline. The neutral range is 7.0. My first test was a 5, which means I am acidic. I tested the second day at 7, which is neutral. I noticed that the foods and drinks I consume can alter the readings by quite a bit. Water really helps to bring me back into the neutral range, especially if I add a slice of lemon to it. I thought this strange, as lemon has an acid taste, but it actually helps your body lean more towards an alkaline reading.
pH Test Strips from HealthyWiser come in an opaque bottle to protect the strips from light and air. The bottle contains 100 strips and they’re good for up to 2 years. They can be used on virtually any liquid that needs to be tested and they deliver accurate results in a short amount of time. If you aren’t satisfied for any reason, HealthyWiser offers a guarantee that you can receive a replacement or refund.
