Culinary Butane Torch from Culinary Prestige

I enjoy cooking and baking a lot. I sometimes get in a rut when it comes to making the same old things over and over, so when something in the culinary world striked my fancy, I enjoy trying it out. Now I have to admit not all of my culinary masterpieces have been, well, masterpieces, but for the most part, they come out pretty well and I’ve yet to send anyone to the hospital from my cooking.

I have always wanted a kitchen torch. Something about making a Creme Brulee or browning Indoor S’Mores just makes me tingle inside. I don’t care for S’Mores unless the marshmallow is browned. Can’t do that in a microwave and it gets pretty messy in the oven. Enter the Culinary Butane Torch from Culinary Prestige. This torch is a cute, compact torch suitable for home kitchens. It has a base for holding it while not in use. It fills with standard butane, available at most any retailer.

The directions are quite simple and straightforward, and are displayed right on the box. Adjustable controls customize the flame so you get just what you need for each use. It also has a safety lock so it won’t start a flame when not expected or desired. It heats to 1300°C/2370°F- more than hot enough for any recipe. And if you don’t like it for any reason, return it for a 100% refund, no questions asked. I put this Culinary Butane Torch from Culinary Prestige through its paces and it comes out that this little beauty is well worth the price.
