Bitly 8 Piece Kit of Heel Pads and Heel Grip and Heel Cups

I have issues with my back and hips, as well as problems with my feet. Since I have a chronic injury, I can’t always do exercises that others are able to do. My main source of exercise is walking, which ca be very painful at times. So I got this 8 piece kit of Heel Pads from Bitly to try out. The 8 Piece Kit of Heel Pads from Bitly consists of a pair of Gel Heel pads, a pair of Gel Heel Cushions, a pair of Gel Heel Grips and a pair of Fabric Heel Grips.

Bitly Gel Heel Cups

I first tried the Gel Heel Cups in my shoes. I did  a fair bit of walking and they did keep my heels comfortable. I did notice that, since they are fairly rigid and thick, I was sore from my foot being basically in a heel rather than flat. I would probably wear these when I am going to be around the house but not going for a walk as heels exacerbate my pain. They do offer protection from impact and hug your heel gently without  being too tight.

I then tried the Gel Heel Cushions. These seem to work better for me. I didn’t feel sore after wearing these but they had enough to them that they gave me relief from foot pain.

Bitly Heel Grips

I tried a pair of Heel Grips in my other shoes that I noticed was irritating my heels. I had gotten a blister from them and hadn’t worn them since. Once I inserted the grips into the back of the heel area on the shoes I was able to walk without any discomfort or blistering.

I really like this set. If one doesn’t work for you, you have 3 others to choose from. Something for many different foot issues and all in one set. I give this set a thumbs up!
