Natural Vitamin C Serum from Island Vibrance Review

vitamin c serum

I was sent a bottle of Natural Vitamin C Serum from Island Vibrance free for the purpose of review. These are my opinions and do not reflect the views of Island Vibrance or its affiliates.

I was pretty excited to get the Natural Vitamin C Serum from Island Vibrance. I have been noticing a lot of little brown spots lately, and even more when I go out into the sun. I have been using sunscreen a lot but still these spots plague me. So I jumped at the chance to try this product out.

My initial sense of the Natural Vitamin C Serum from Island Vibrance was that it comes in a brown glass bottle- the type to keep light out. I don’t know if light is an issue or not but if it is, they’ve taken care to keep the product fresh. Inside is a glass dropper to deliver the product. I squeezed out a small pea sized drop onto my finger and applied it to my face. The serum is slightly more liquid than most serums I’ve used in the past, but has a smooth consistency. The drawback is that it leaves a slightly sticky feeling after use that doesn’t really go away.

It’s amazing how noticeable brown spots can be. I don’t need a magnifier to spot them and it seems like they multiply every night while I’m sleeping. But to show you the proof is next to impossible. The darn things are virtually invisible to the camera’s eye. I had hoped to show before and after pics. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t get a clear enough picture to make it worthwhile. But I have a spot on my cheek which has been bothering me a lot. I thought it would be a good one to do my test on. I have 2 products and 2 sides of the face. Each day I faithfully applied the Natural Vitamin C Serum from Island Vibrance on the left side of my face and arm and the other product on the right side of my face and arm. 2 weeks later I am noticing a reduction in color in the small spots on my arms and hands. Both did help lessen the spots I already had and they also seemed to keep new ones at bay. But the real kicker was that darn spot on my cheek. It’s not only lighter, it also looks much smaller. I think if I continue to use the Natural Vitamin C Serum from Island Vibrance I can look forward to clearer skin!
